I can never get a doctor to call in my diabetes medicine to the pharmacy. I have called three times and the pharmacy has requested a refill 5 times. What is wrong with this place I ask. Do they not know how to do their jobs.

Great doctor works here if you looking for a doctor doctors are here this is where you want to be they're good but that's one thing about this place they need to update the hours on their website because it's say 7: 30 they are open and they're not so they need to go and fix the weekdays our what time they open so people won't have to call in and find out what time they opening like today I call the website says 7:30 when I call you get the answering service they say 9:00 You need to work on that one

Was essentially harrassed via calls/mail to schedule an appointment via my insurance for months and I said no until I finally made an appointment I needed. Showed up 15 minutes early only to wait another 20+ minutes (also 20 past my scheduled time) and told I'm next, but they're behind. How are you almost 30 minutes behind when technically I should only be the 3rd or 4th patient of the morning? I left crying. Not only due to disappointment, but I've 100% finally accepted that I'm on my own and only a lot of money can save me. I don't know why I've trusted the healthcare system for so long, but not anymore.

They have earned every single one star review they have, back in April. I scheduled an appointment to get a referral to have a piece of medical equipment looked at that is implanted in my body. The referral was sent to the wrong place. I tried and tried and tried to get this rectified, which was basically me calling in explaining my situation them telling me they would call me back, never receiving a call And repeating that over and over again. It was only when I would call and get angry that they would do anything about it. I now have a piece of medical equipment in my chest and no one not even Dr. Bruno is able to give me answers or any type of guidance. I am writing this review in October. I had the appointment in April. There is one woman who works the desk who seems to actually care. I’m not sure if they are overwhelmed, understaffed, etc., but whatever their issue is, it is directly affecting the health and well-being of their patients. If you’re shopping around for doctors offices, I do not recommend this one by any means I’ve been to other doctors offices in the Past And they weren’t terrible like the family health center.

I switched over from Albany Med for my last few months of pregnancy to have a doctor a bit closer in which time everyone was so nice, supportive, helpful. I loved my primary and how great the staff was to me. After I gave birth in August things completely went 180. During my last appointment I waited over 30 minutes in the waiting room and then another 50 in the room to see my doctor all to have the nurses call me while in the room because they forgot about me. Doctor then saw me for maybe 5 minutes and forgot to give me a flu shot and paper work. To this day I’m still chasing them around trying to get all my referrals. Getting an appointment with my primary is a disaster. I’m looking for a a new doctor.
